So many people are ignorant of the fact that not making a CHOICE is a CHOICE.
How long would you continue to contemplate on taking that job, starting that building foundation,
taking that scholarship exam, changing that unproductive habit, reading that text, making that proposal, etc? , how long?.
Recently I was discussing with a friend and a great mind, Max. I told him that the problem 80% of humans have its discovering their purpose on earth and also doing that on time. The problem continues even after they had done that but are reluctant to choose a part that would lead them into the actualization of that purpose on time.
There is no right time for the implementation of that which you've been planning and thinking of than now.

 
 If I may ask, how long do you think you have to live on earth?. You never know. And this is the more reason why you should take that decision and start doing something now.
The right time is now. Don't die without inflicting that change that your generation and even the ones before you have been expecting. And it starts with something you might be tempted to procrastinate today but regret tomorrow, which is taking immediately that DECISION.
